What is your shipping policy?

We process all orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Our standard delivery fee is ৳60, but look out for our special free shipping days!

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the sneakers are unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

How does Cash on Delivery work?

With Cash on Delivery (COD), you do not need to pay anything online. You will pay the total amount in cash directly to the delivery person when they hand you your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, our delivery partner will contact you directly on the phone number you provided during checkout.
